I’m now 27 years old, 3 years into growing and running The Holistic Time Coach, working directly with conscious entrepreneurs and professionals who want to work less and live more. Later becoming a certified holistic coach. ![]() In my last year of traditional employment, I became a certified time management consultant and began working with clients worldwide. So, I started preparing to leave my job while my second business, The Holistic Time Coach, was forming. Around the same time, I started to see that, no matter their wealth status, most people around me were overworked, overwhelmed, and struggling to make time for themselves and their dreams. I taught yoga classes, hosted a yoga retreat in Mississippi, and had private yoga and reiki clients in person and online.Īs a granddaughter of European immigrants, I always had a dream of traveling the world, and I knew I didn’t want to spend 40 hours a week in a cubicle for the rest of my life. After graduation, I worked full-time as an engineer in New Orleans, Louisiana for 3 years while growing my first business, Becca Rich Wellness. By the time I was 21, I was a certified 200-hr Yoga teacher and Reiki 1 & 2 energy healer. While I remained in my engineering program, I dove headfirst into the yoga and spiritual communities of Baton Rouge. I fell in love with how yoga made me feel and I eventually learned how to actually slow down and breathe. Once physically recovered, I knew I had to take better care of myself and a friend brought me to my first yoga class. During my first semester, I became extremely sick with an intestine infection from overworking. Originally from the East Coast, I moved to Baton Rouge to become an engineer.
